Ski-FIT

YOU'VE GOT GREAT EQUIPMENT, YOU'RE READY TO HIT THE SLOPES, BUT IS YOUR BODY READY?

A targeted ski conditioning program will help you ski stronger and have more fun on the slopes. By simulating the stresses skiing places on the body during training, we also help to prevent injuries. Ski-FIT conditioning combines strength training, plyometrics (depending on fitness level), core training, balance and agility into a high energy conditioning program that WILL have you ready for ski season!

Obstacle-FIT

Obstacle course races are everywhere now. Each year participation is growing by leaps and bounds. Signing up for an event is a great way to drive your goals. Unfortunately many people get hurt because they didn't adequately train for the event. The event will challenge every fitness aspect; cardiovascular, strength and endurance.
